Before Starting Alli, Be Sure…

One should not take Alli’s program lightly or casually. Not that ‘let’s see’ attitude will help. One must decide to commit to the programme and start religiously. Now, what does commitment really means:

  • It means self-control to buy and eat as per the diet program
  • It means setting oneself to a reduced calorie low fat diet.
  • It means your kitchen stock will only have low calorie, low fat food
  • It means one must not indulge in momentary temptation to eat high calorie diet

There are few questions for everyone to answer to themselves which will stand as a indicator whether one is ready to start Alli or not :

The question is not whether Alli can make all the changes you are hankering for, but can you yourself make the changes, say, not taking that extra bite or going to the gym for shedding the extra kilo. It is the person concerned to make the changes for a healthy future, which will sustain throughout the life.

One must take a self-assessment survey because changing long established habits needs lot of commitment on his part so one must spend little time to assess his relationship with food and other odd habits, which might have to be changed.

Before start, one must check first whether his weight is in healthy or unhealthy range. For that one must use Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator, which uses height and weight to calculate whether one is overweight or underweight. By using BMI, one can decide about his weight target.

However, if one is not overweight, he should not use Alli, since it is meant for only overweight persons. One thing one should be sure about that you are worth caring for and if it need be, one should cut calories in his food to retain his weight in order.
